I normally bake desserts, because that is the only thing I am really good at doing. My lemon bars are especially scrumptious!

Mom's Zucchini Bread
I used 1 cup of applesauce instead of the oil, and then took out a cup of sugar. It turned out great--will definitely make again.

Frosted Chocolate Delights
The cookies turned out too cake-like to me, and, for some reason, a bit too salty (probably my error). I ran out of vanilla for the frosting, so I improvised using almond and orange extracts. The frosting has a good consistency, and is probably my favorite part of the cookie. I hate to give it a negative review, but these are just not my favorite.

Mocha Fudge
I might have done something wrong, because my recipe came out mushy and much more stickier than I though. It was also a bit sandy, like some other reviewers mentioned. I don't think I will try this again.
