Liked this cookie pretty well, but it's a bit crumbly.

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2011
Very good sauce. Especially when you're not quite feeling red or quite feeling white.

Tomato Bacon Squares

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2011
Loved this idea. I used Boboli crust. I cut up some fresh basil, sage, pepper and mustard and stirred it into the mayo (canola oil kind). Put the mayo on the crust then topped with cubed ham (trying for lower fat than bacon) cubed turkey, diced tomatoes, diced green peppers and onion. Topped with swiss and provolone. Everyone ate it up and loved it.

Southwest White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2011
This was very easy to make and tasted good. My kids loved it and I was happy with it as well. I used red and green peppers and it was great. I also added some chipotle (only to my bowl) which was fantastic.

Apple Pie Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2011
Excellent! I couldn't find my muffin pans (mysteriously disappeared) so I made this into an apple Pie (more like crisp) cake. Put the batter in the 9 X13 ban and made a double batch of topping. I chopped the apples into about 1/2 inch size pieces. Super moist and good. Even better the next day! I made everything exactly as stated, except the muffin part.

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2011
I don't really like slaw, so it's hard for me to rate this. But, everyone enjoyed it. Next time I'll use mayo since the sugar makes this sweet already, instead of miracle whip.

I made this hot, instead of cold, but it was very tasty, especially the next day.

Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2011
These were good, not great. If I was a vegetarian I may have rated them higher. It was a lot like tuna, but non-fishy.

Best Beef Dip Ever

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2010
This is very good! The flavor is exceptional. I would recommend going with low-sodium soy sauce as the aus jus does get salty. But, man...this is some good eating.

This was good and my family all said they'd eat it again. It wasn't amazing but still good.

Key West Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2010
The marinade wasn't as strong as I'd like it but it was still good. I marinated for 1 day and then threw it on the grill. Very juicy and nice, but would like more flavor. Everyone who ate it liked it.

Caramel Popcorn

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
I love this recipe and it is very quick and easy. I basically put the popcorn in 2 large bowls and then mix and stir them together eventually. I don't do the oven part and it still turns out great.

Caramel Pecan Delight

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2010
I love pecan sandies and cream cheese and caramel, so I thought this was a no-brainer. It was okay for me and almost everyone who ate it. The combination of everything was just a little off for me. I ended up throwing half of it away because no one wanted to finish it. I may try again with some substitutions or changes but this wasn't great for me.

Peanut Butter and Fudge Swirl Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2010
This is extremely tasty, though I could only have a small portion as it was pretty rich, but oh so good. I used low fat cream cheese and lite cool whip with my own oreo crust made with reduced fat oreos. Very good and didn't have to feel as guilty eating it.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2010
Very good. Excellent flavor and nice consistency. I used frozen potatoes (the square shape) and it still turned out great. One of my kids, who tends to be a picky eater, exclaimed that it was the best dinner ever.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

I used this recipe to make calzones. The crust has a very nice flavor and was almost perfect for crisp and chewiness. Will definitely continue to use this for my homemade pizzas.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2010
Awesome recipe. Very nice texture and flavor. Perfect amount of sweetness without being overboard. I put a brown sugar glaze on top after I pulled it out of the oven and that made this recipe even better. I didn't use buttermilk, but used sour skim milk instead.
