French Pastry Pie Crust

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2014
Wow, great crust. Light , flaky and easy. I wanted it for a pot pie so cut the sugar down to 1 tsp and it was perfect! It definitely makes enough for a double crust pie.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2013
I wish I had read more reviews! The flavor was amazing BUT, and this is important.. Pour the sauce on before you put the lattice top on! It was my first lattice and it was beautiful, but you couldn't really see it with the thick sauce poured on top. SO... I will definitely make it again but learn from my experience. Thank you for the recipe.

Whole Grain Breakfast Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2011
These were pretty good. I didnt have the Agave nectar so I used honey like in a previous review. I also wasnt crazy about the chocolate chips in it. That just kind of defeats the purpose as a breakfast item. But I will try it again and substitute raisins for the chocolate chips and maybe leave some of the walnuts chunky.

Angel Food Cake I

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2011
This was excellent! I followed this recipe exactly as written. I really liked the addition of Almond extract. And its supposed to stick to the pan. That way when you invert the cake until cool, it stays in the pan and stays light and fluffy. Use a small spatula to go around the edges to release from the pan. Be gentle, its angel food cake :)

Butternut and Acorn Squash Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2010
This was Amazing. I made a couple of small changes though. I added one clove of garlic to the onion as it was cooking and cut the brown sugar down to 1/4 cup. It is well worth the effort to make this
