Buttermilk Pancakes I

This was a hit with my husband and cousin from out of town! They wanted more and more! Only thing I changed was- I only used 1/2 tsp of salt and added 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Aside from that, I kept everything the same. Everyone's family will enjoy these!

Buttermilk Pound Cake I

I loved this cake! I had no shortening so, I used butter instead and set oven to 350. Brought cake in to share with co-workers and they loved it! Thanks!
