Janet's Rich Banana Bread

I made this yesterday and it was OUTSTANDING! I did not have yogurt so used about 3/8 cup whole milk instead and it was sooo moist. Used 4 large super-ripe bananas. Bake time was right at 60 minutes and my oven temp was at 340F. This is a keeper. I already have bananas getting over ripe as I write this, for the next batch.

Quinoa and Black Beans

This is the first time I made quinoa and it's pretty good. Reading some of the other reviews I decided to increase the heat and used 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper. I think that was a mistake and I like spicy food. The extra cayenne overpowered the other flavors. I also oven roasted the corn and used chicken stock but everything else I did per the recipe. I'll make it again but next time only 1/4 cayenne paper.
