Garlic Parmesan Orzo

This was a very easy recipe. It was okay as is, but I wish I would've added some spinach or other veggie for some flavor variety like the other reviews suggested.

Crystal's Chicken Saltimbocca

This was a great dish....but only because I altered it. First, I used fresh spinach instead of frozen...it was a great taste, I could not imagine using limp frozen spinach. Also, I folded the breasts in half and closed with toothpicks instead of rolling it. Then, I cooked the chicken in the pan for only a minute or two on each side. Then I moved it to a baking dish, poured in the wine and let it bake in the oven....I think I was about 400 degrees for 35 minutes or so. I used a baster a few times to baste the wine over the chicken. I served it with Garlic Parmezan Orzo...(also found on here) and Asaparagus. It was a dinner that my guests complimented me on all night!

Veal Angelica

Better than 5 stars!!! I made this for a special occasion dinner party and my guests said it tasted like it was made in a gourmet restaraunt. It takes a while to make but well worth it!!!

Artichoke and Tomato Chicken

Great recipe, but I agree that it needs a few changes. Add crushed garlic to the mixture...half the tomatoes and peppers, but increase the artichoke. I also added lemon juice to the mixture. Overall a great easy recipe that my guests loved.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Wonderful flavor! I have made this at least 5 times now and people are always impressed. Someone requested that I bring this on Xmas and I had to come back here and get the recipe. :)
