Made this for dinner tonight and it was awesome. I marinated the chicken with the taco seasoning on the counter top for 30 minutes before adding the salsa and baking. The chicken was tender, juicy and so full of flavor. I will be making this dish again. It's fast and easy. Thank you for sharing the recipe.

Oven Pot Roast

Country Apple Dumplings

I made these for my ladies Bible study last week and they were a huge hit. Who know this recipe would be that good, but it is!! I will be trying this recipe with peaches today and am looking forward to it. I made the recipe as is. Awesome and thanks for sharing.

Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

This icecream is the best. My husband and I couldn't stop eating it. I would make this again and again. I didn't make any changes and I can't wait to experiment with other fruits. Thanks for the recipe!

Asparagus, Chicken, and Pecan Pasta

Had this for dinner last night and this was very easy to make. I made exactly as directed but next time I will increase the garlic. Like another review, I would like this to be more 'saucy'. Will definitely experiment with that. I will make this often as i believe it is a very good recipe. The pecans really add to the flavor of this recipe. Would not leave them out.

It's Chili by George!!

I made this chili last night for a luncheon today at work and this was excellent! Not a drop was left behind. This was the best chili I've had since my mom's. I will be making this my only chili recipe from now on. The only thing I did differently was to add 1 lb of ground beef and 1 pound of ground pork. I don't care for kidney beans so I used 2 cans pinto and 2 cans black beans. Delicious!! Thanks George, this was a fantastic recipe. And super easy.

Creamy Banana Pudding

I make this when we get together with special friends. It is so delicious and gets rave reviews. It is sweet, so you don't need much and is definitely for special occasions if you're watching calories. I've renamed this the, 'Oh my goodness, I need a moment creamy banana pudding' in honor of one of my friends that needed just that. A moment. :) I'm giving this 10 stars

Chicken Scampi II

This recipe was awesome!! I will definitely be making this again and again. I used 4 cloves of garlic and chicken tenderloins cut into medalions. I also cut up green, red, and yellow bell pepper and red onion and added fresh mushrooms. It really had a wonderful flavor. Yummo! Thanks for the great recipe and ideas on how to make it my own.
