I tried this recipe out last night. Changes: Used a square pan because there wasn't enough dough to cover a rectangular pan easily (it was probably too big). Used the juice of 2.5 lemons and the zest of 1 lemon. I like it tart, creamy and not too sweet. Baked the crust 20 minutes. Baked with the custard another 20 minutes. It turned out PERFECT by God's grace. It's been difficult to keep my husband away from them. Note - I live in Colorado and I've been told that affects baking times. Though I've not noticed any significant changes to be honest. Excellent, excellent recipe. Will make this many times.
