Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2013
Everyone liked this and so so easy. Will look for ways to "tweak" it to keep it fresh.

Fudgy Peanut Butter Brownies

I liked these a lot - they are very chewy and that makes it difficult to scarf down the whole pan :)

A lot fo prep work for mediocre results. The dough was too doughy. I will try wonton wrappers next time...

I really liked this and the kids tolerated it. I'm sure if I make it more, they'll eat it. I omitted peppers and mushrooms.

I didn't have white wine, but this was pretty good! Will definitely make again when I have onions out my ears :)

I added worchestire to the meat - such a juicy burger! I don't have to go out for one now :)

Lick Your Lips Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2010
I don't like chunks of anything so the frosting needed more blending to my taste, but the flavors on both the cake and frosting are great. 5 yr old approved.

I made these as muffin/cupcakes and the kids loved 'em! At least it has SOMETHING healthy in it, right? Took about 40 minutes in the oven and made 24.

Fluff Dip for Fruit

I didn't use the amaretto (it was for a baby shower, why even go near alcohol!) and just the pudding/coolwhip combo was excellent!!

Broccoli Squares

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2002
This was really good and worked well as a potluck snack for work because it was cold. I'd probably use more tomatoes next time (like one), but then I really like tomatoes! There's a lot of extra spread leftover, too, so one and a half of cream cheese (I used neufachel to reduce the fat) and 3/4 cup mayo (again used lowfat) might work just as well. And using the lowfat stuff worked great, too!

Slow Cooker Beef Barley Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2002
I cooked this too long - 11 hours - because I work, but it smelled great when i walked in the door. It was a little thicker but still good. Good reviews from the people I served, and four of us went through the whole thing in one meal. I would make it again, but it won't be an often repeat.
