Love to cook and share scrumptious food. I'm a very intuitive cook and make few recipes exactly after the first time, and then it's just in my head from then on. This summer I'm preserving fruits and veggies for the first time in 30 years, including my own mango chutney which I can't ever get enough of. Mango pineapple salsa, peach salsa, jams, jellies, and now going to try making some flower jellies.
