Hungarian Goulash III

This is so so good.....one of my all-time favorite recipes on this website. I've made this recipe with stew meat and also tried it with flat iron steak. I must say I liked it a little better with the flat iron steak....either way though, you can't really go wrong. Honestly, I wouldn't want to add tomatoes, potatoes, carrots and all that. I feel like it would take away from the flavor. Out of all the hungarian goulash recipes on this site, hungarian goulash III is the best

Simple Kale Soup

It's very simple and I didn't modify the recipe besides just using regular ham. It was pretty delicious I must say. If I did it again, I might add onions for further flavor but it's good as is. Will make again

Super-Simple, Super-Spicy Mongolian Beef

This was delicious.....I only refrigerated the beef for an hour and then served it over egg noodles because I'm not a big rice fan. I followed the recipe exactly as it says and it turned out as one of the best meals I've made yet in my young cooking career

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

This soup was really good...I made half the recipe and plan on eating it over the next few days for leftovers. I personally didn't think it was spicy enough so I added a few drops of Dave's Insanity Hot Sauce to give it some good kick!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

In the process of making this, I was thinking..."come on, this seems like overkill on the ingredients". Just do it. Just make this recipe. Cut it in half or 1/4 if you're only cooking for a few. It takes awhile to make and clean up....but it's been simmering for 4 hours, I tasted it, and it's honestly the best chili I've ever tried without question. Even though the boilermakers are no good, their chili is amazing. Even if you think you're an "expert", just try the recipe as is without making adjustments. Now I'm pumped for some college football!

Curried Shrimp Bisque

Very good recipe....the only change I made was that I used heavy cream as opposed to light cream. I think I wouldve given this five stars if the shrimp I bought tasted better....it tasted kind of fishy, but all in all, I'd definitely recommend this recipe...can't blame the recipe creator when I'm buying the Kroger brand of shrimp :)

Beef Bulgogi

Okay I'm that guy who is just starting to cook....I'm still pretty bad, no lie. But when I made this dish last night, I felt like a chef. This was the best thing I've ever made and words cannot describe how delicious this was. I served it over egg noodles because that's really all I had besides rice. I added a little soy to the marinade and added a little extra garlic. There's no way you can screw this up unless you cook the london broil too long or don't slice it thin enough. I had never even heard of Beef Bulgogi before finding this (and I still don't know how to pronounce it). But I know now. Awesome.
