Gyoza Sauce

This is awesome. I followed the recipe exactly except I used minced yellow onion since I didn't have scallions on hand. Wonderful dipping sauce for pot stickers!

Macaroni and Cheese with Caramelized Onions and Bacon

This was so yummy. Due to other comments, I doubled the topping.Glad I did. Also, in addition to Asiago and Aged Cheddar, I used some Gouda. This recipe would make awesome potatoes au graten as well. I may try that next time. Thanks for sharing this, it's a keeper!

Wedge Salad with Elegant Blue Cheese Dressing

With all the rave reviews I was expecting to love this recipe but mine was dissapointing. The only thing I changed was to use less vinegar but this was still too tangy for my taste. I will keep looking for one I will like or maybe play with this recipe a bit more to my liking.

This is definately the BEST minestrone I have ever had. My husband who has never liked minestrone, LOVED it! I did add Italian sausage and canned Italian stewed tomatoes to it, which took it to a 6 star rating if there were 6 stars. Thank you so much for this recipe. I will be making it again and again!

Manicotti Alla Romana

Yummers! This was fantastic. I love the white and red sauce together like this.The only changes I made was to add one 1/4 lb Italian sausage to meat and 1/4 cup parmesan and a splash of white wine to the white sauce. Loved the added flavor. This made so much I have to share it with friends!

Followed the recipe as written. My husband and I were not too crazy about it. The cheese just does not go with barbeque sause. I will try other suggestions and try a taco version of this.

Italian Stewed Tomatoes

I doubled the sugar, added 1/2 t. Italian herb seasoning, 1/2 t. crushed garlic, salt and freshly cracked pepper. I give it 5 stars after doing that.YUM!
