Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie
The only thing I did was use almond milk instead of soy milk. I left out the honey as well. It is delish and refreshing! Def will be making this again. I think the calorie count is a bit off. Mine ended up being 335 calories.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust
i would give this a perfect five if the crust didn't come out so bland. totally agree that you need to season it before sticking it in the oven. besides that, this is by far the easiest and quickest pizza crust recipe out there. i love how you don't need to spend time kneading and waiting for it to rise. since i had time to spare, i did let it sit for about 30 minutes, and it had already more than doubled in size. i followed the rest of the recipe to a T - baked it on my pizza stone for 15 min, and the crust was crispy on the inside and chewy on the outside. just how i like it!

Bread Pudding II
this turned out rather tasty! the only thing i tweaked was cutting down the sugar to 1/2 cup since i don't like my desserts to be super sweet. i used golden raisins since i'm a fan, and i used day old sourdough bread which worked really well. next time i'm going to add some rum to the liquid mix =)
