Easy French Dip Sandwiches

This was awesome!! The finished product looks a whole lot better than when it's cooking. I had my doubts but by the time it was done, it tasted great. I did follow other's advice and omitted the salt. You can always season at the end. Instead of celery (which I am not a fan of), I used cauliflour. I also added the minced garlic, and used cheddar cheese as others have suggested. 4 kids and they all loved it

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

I've made this for several years now and it is awesome. SOmetimes I play around and use more of one flavor chip than the other or add marshmallows.

Tater Tot Casserole III

I followed most of the recipe as it was and also made some other changes as suggested. I did the onion with the ground beef and since I couldn't find my garlic powder I used Grill Mates Montreal Steak seasoning. Like other people said, season it to taste. I didn't try it with the cheese but I did put a layer of Frence Fried onions on (yum)before the taters. Everyone, even hubby, loved it and he and I put a couple of spoons of sour cream on top of ours for the added kick. Super awesome.
