A-Number-1 Banana Cake

I made this recipe with a bit less sugar and made a buttercream frosting with abt 3TBS maple syrup. SO good. I substituted walnuts for choc. chips and used some leftover flour mix from gingerbread making. I made this into cupcakes and brought it into work. everyone LOVED them.

The Real Mojito

Made 6x serving for a 4th of july party. Took a while to make but the results were amazing. I also made the sugar into syrup, as some suggested. Friends said it was better than what they served at their bar.
