Quick Tuna Casserole

OMG! This was a hit! I tweaked the recipe just a little; instead of peas, I added a can of mixed vegetables, I found some extra cheese mix from a box of mac and chz added that and wall la! It was tasty we are sure to have it again!

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

This is great dish! , I added peas and carrots, I didn't have veg oil so I used Extra Virgin Olive oil which I don't recommend. That left an odd after taste. Beside that my boys and Husband loved it !
