Tex-Mex Turkey Soup
Great recipe - tweeked a bit. Added 1 can of concentrated cheese soup, substituted chicken broth for the water, increased the amount of garlic, cumin and chili powder, blended the salasa & tomatoes before adding and added noodles at the end

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin
I followed tips from several others. I rubbed olive oil and dijon mustard over the tenderloins. Sprinkled on garlic powder, salt and pepper, parmesan cheese & onion flakes and then rolled in Italian Bread Crumbs until well coated. Baked at 425 for about 45 minutes. I tented it with tinfoil so it didn't burn, but uncovered during the last few minutes to brown the crust. I removed the meat from oven when it reached about 160-165 degrees (measured in center of thickest part of roast). The internal temp will rise a few degrees during the standing process anyway (about 10 min), and you'll end up with safely cooked, yet juicy tenderloins.
