Really Great with the changes I made. HUBBY LOVED IT!!! I too cooked in a skillet. The comments about being bland got me, so I spinkled the chicken with paprika, salt & pepper before cooking - I used lemon juice from a squeezable lemon. I only did 2 breasts but made the amount of gravy called for in recipe and there was plenty. I added chopped onions to sautee just before chicken was done. When Chicken was done I removed it and made gravy according to recipe with the exception of the added onions, I also added 1 good tsp. majoram, 1/2 tsp creole seasoning and I used 3/4 cup beef broth instead of chicken broth, 1/4 cup dry vermouth (better to cook with than wine), when thickened I returned chick to skillet and gently simmered about 10 min. waiting for the steamed asparagus to get ready. OH-LA-LA!!!!!!!
