Pepperoncini Beef

Very easy with a zippy taste. Made a nice moist sandwich that could easily be gussied up with onions, red peppers, or mushrooms. I chose really good rolls and it made a big difference.

Wonderfully simple and delicious. I used a lemon cake as other mentioned. I also added some lemon zest to the frosting. This is a very light and flavorful cake. I added some candied lemons to spruce it up, but next time I will through some raspberries on top to gussy it up a bit.

Grain and Nut Whole Wheat Pancakes

Not too bad. I was hoping for a fluffier thicker pancake, however the texture was great. I was low on oatmeal so I had to substitute 1/2 cornmeal. I also added just a bit of cinnamon. My kids enjoyed them and they usually hate it when I "healthy up" a favorite.

Sweet Potato Pie II

This recipe is great. I have tried 3 other sweet potato pie recipes and this recipe is perfect. I always take a pie to work over the holidays and everyone agreed this was the best ever. I added a little orange zest because I love sweet potatoes and oranges. Even those who dislike pumpkin pie loved this recipe.
