Maple Kale Crisps
I just tried this recipe to go with my lunch today. It was delicious! I washed up a small amount of Kale, dried it and allowed my pan to warm up in the oven. I mixed 1 tbs of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbs of real maple syrup and a pinch of sea salt together. Then I poured the mixture gradually over the kale as I mixed it. I removed the hot pan from the oven and dumped the kale on it. I used a really hot oven - 400 degrees - and stirred the kale a few times while it cooked and got crisp. The touch of maple takes the bitter tastes of the kale away. I will definitely make this again!

Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls
I made this recipe for dinner tonight and it turned out marvelous! My husband actually thought I had bought them at a bakery and asked where I bought them. I used a large biscuit cutter to shape them. After baking, I brushed them with 2 tablespoons of butter mixed with honey. Yum! I had homemade chicken salad that I stuffed the rolls with. It made a delicious sandwich. I will definitely be making this recipe again.

Healthier Creamy Rice Pudding
Wow, this is the ultimate comfort food! I had leftover brown rice from a family dinner and decided to use that to make this delicious pudding. I followed the recipe but did half Splenda and half sugar plus a sprinkle of cinnamon. It was so delicious and creamy. Definitely will be making this again!
