All my life I have tried to fix fried chicken that was really good, crispy and the coating stuck - this recipe met all 3! It really is better than the best - very flavorful, extra crispy coating and very tender - my whole family loved it - better than any we have eaten out (including fast food chicken). The people who thought it was bland or not flavorful - must not like old fashioned home cooked fried chicken. The only thing I did differant is I defrosted the skinless chicken breasts in salt water. I deep fried the pieces for about 15 to 20 minutes. Thank you for giving me a truly GREAT recipe.
