I've always enjoyed cooking and baking. I come from a large catholic family with 13 children, we all used to have our assigned kitchen nights. From that point on I grew into the love of cooking.
Most of all, I like to make people happy and my cooking does that. I have put a smile on my family, friends and clients faces countless times with my cooking. There is nothing more rewarding then pleasing the ones I love and care about with my food. It’s been a great way to make friends, keep clients and get the family together frequently for meals.

I like to do a lot of cooking all year round, but I really love cooking around Christmas. I am so excited about this year's cooking and baking.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Back in the day we all used to go to my aunt on Christmas eve and have oyster stew and then on to midnight mass. But still to this day every Christmas morning, my mom makes homemade cinnamon rolls. I am away from my family now so our new traditions are just eating together with immediate family and friends we consider family.
