Veggie Pot Pie

At first I was very skeptical of the soy sauce addition but I tried it anyway and it turned out to be delicious:)

Buttermilk Pie Crust

I'll admit, when I was rolling out the dough I thought to myself, "I am not making this again". It was very sticky and ripped easily. I used it anyway for the crust for my veggie pot pies only because I didn't want to waste anything or start over. Boy was I surprised with the taste though! This crust is delicious and perfect for pot pies- yes it was a bit difficult to manage but well worth the effort.

Chocolate Walnut Fudge

I've never made fudge before and this turned out perfect, so easy to make. Just remember to stir constantly the whole time though as it can burn easily. Instead of buttering the pan I just lined the pan with wax paper which works great and helps minimize mess.

Fried Rice with Cilantro

This was a really good recipe. I did make some changes though; I used coconut oil instead of veggie oil, I used white onion instead of green (because that's what I had) and cooked the white onion in with the chicken to soften it up, and I omitted the sugar entirely. Delicious.
