Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf

This is wonderful! I added a second egg and 1/2 red pepper (because it would have spoiled if I didn't use it). Otherwise, followed Drew's recipe exactly. Tastes awesome as leftovers for lunch sandwiches. I will make this again, just for the leftovers.

Garlic Butter

I, too, used only 1 t. garlic salt. 1 tablespoon is too much. Used on french baguette ... awesome!

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

On the advice of others, I increased the garlic and spices, and only used 1 bag of fresh spinach. Used no-boil lasagna noodles and increased milk to 2 c. After cooking time was up, I broiled for a minute to crisp and brown the top layer of cheese. It needs to sit for 20 minutes before cutting. This allows the cheeses to hold everything together. This is a great dish to make for guests ... put it together early in the day and no last minute cooking! Turned out great.

Classic Tossed Salad

Use heads of lettuce...never the bagged stuff -- it has a horrible smell and tastes terrible. I made this as written, it was delicious. Even my picky husband loved it.

Baked Ziti IV

Had the adult children over for dinner last night and made this ... everyone LOVED it. Served it with "Classic Tossed Salad" from this site and garlic bread. Awesome meal. One note: the jar of spaghetti sauce is no longer 26 oz. .... it is 23.5 oz. You will need to make the adjustment to get the amount called for in the recipe. With a lb. of pasta, you need the 39 oz. of sauce or it will be too dry.

Tilapia Soft Tacos with Chipotle Cream

I added one more chili and some adobe sauce to the sour cream mixture. It was delicious. The tacos were good, but probably won't make them again.
