I am awesome. It is hard for me to put in a simple 1000 word max the extent and proper explanation of of said awesomeness. However, I will say briefly that I don't remember being born, my first memory was looking down and seeing myself wrapped in a bow with an attached card that simply said "To: Cooking World. From: God." I honed my skills by watching my Hispanic grandmother cook and my father Bar B Queing. Along the way I have worked with a few great renowned chefs from Spain and France. I learned great tools from them although I would have to say I learn more from your average Joe in the kitchen. I am not fond of vegan or vegetarian diets. In fact for every animal you don't eat I am going to eat two, just to cancel out your efforts.
My favorite things to cook
My favorite family cooking traditions
My cooking triumphs
Some people have a few good home runs, I tend to hit more upper deckers.
My cooking tragedies
The first time you slaughter an animal for food it seems tragic, but after a few times it becomes easy and you look at the animal less like a living thing and more like a piece of meat.
