Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2011
FAB! Sent them in a package to my military man and they were still soft after a few days : ) In my opinion, they actually tasted better the day(s) after I made them. Left them in for exactly 8 minutes and perfectly soft. Paired them with the Sugar Cookie Frosting on here (with butter instead of shortening) and they were even better.

Deep Fried Dill Pickles

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2011
Wonderful! Didn't have cornmeal on hand so I did half all-purpose flour, half corn flour. Absolutely no complaints : )

Scott's Buffalo Wing Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2011
WONDERFUL! I always have some of this already prepared in my fridge ready to heat up! I've used red wine vinegar, cider, and white. All work perfect! Throw in some hot pepper flakes for a little more of a kick!

Green Bean Fries

Reviewed: May 27, 2011
Delicious! I even messed up a little (mixing the flour WITH the breadcrumbs) and they still came out delicious. But you definitely do need to add some salt. Next time I'll try baking them.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: May 27, 2011
Fantsatic! Didn't make the icing but the brownie itself was phenmenal : ) I only had about 1/3 c butter so I drizzled a little veg oil in the mix. I think that's what I'll do everytime I make these now because I don't think that they could get any better.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2011
AMAZING! Chicken is my absoulte favorite thing to cook since I love it so much, so I'm always trying different kinds of chicken dishes. I used a little less honey and soysauce, as I ran out, I maybe used a third of each of what it called for, and it still came out saucy and delicious! I left out the minced garlic and ginger, I just dashed a little garlic powder. I used red wine vinegar insteaad of cider too. PERFECT!!!

Barbecued Turkey Sandwiches

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2011
My boyfriend loved this! I'm not a big turkey person, but I tried a bit and even thought it was good. I left out the mustard. I sort of expected it to be alittle saucy but it wasn't at all, overall it was a quick, tasty sandwich.
