Chicken Spaghetti

Although there was a lot of "prep" time involved with this dish, I still give it two thumbs up. Very good and tasty! Followed the recipe but used a store-bought rotissere chicken, I used cream of chicken soup vs. cream of mushroom; I also added red pepper, pepperoni slices, some parmesan cheese and fresh out-of-the garden tomatos. Sauted veggies in leftover bacon drippings. Very good again and this dish will be in heavy rotation from now on. Enjoy!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Our family had this delicious recipe last night. Very tasty and had lots of flavor; I substituted the butter with olive oil as I am not a big fan of my food dripping with butter. Added extra dashes of seasoning and other than than this was a hit in my house.

Smothered Pork Chops

I made this for my family last night and everything turned out fine. I took the advice of another reviewer and made a roux after browning the chops. I added all of the liquid ingredients last (after browning). I also got creative and decided to add (1) can of cream of chicken soup. Chops were tender and the sauce was very delicious; I served them with mashed potatoes and sweet corn. I'll be keeping this recipe front and center, my family loved it.

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II

This bread is the BEES KNEES! I made this for the second time tonight and the wolf pack at my house is already drooling at the mouth. Deliciously sinful, OMG. Keeper for like ever!

Crumb-Coated Chicken Thighs

I gave this recipe 5 stars simply because it saved me so much time and as a full-time working mom, that is very important. It was good, though a little bland. My family is big on food being well seasoned. Next time I'll just amp up the seasoning measurements. Also before I made this I placed my skinless, boneless thighs in a buttermilk brine overnight. The meat was so tender and delicious. I'll make this again for sure.

Tater Tot Bake

This was very, very good! Delicious! I took the advice of others and did the dish in layers; added cheddar cheese soup; added green pepper and minced onion and garlic. This will definitely be a keeper in my dinner line-up.
