LOL, I thought this was a hunting expedition, clams and pasta look delicious

Well, I must be a professional murderer then. I have fished, killed, gutted, etc...and I've also steamed clams, oysters, mussels, crabs, lobster.....all from the live state and there is nothing better than fresh, really fresh seafood.

worse here...I've done in Bambi and a few of his friends LOL

I just say a prayer each time I make a fresh kill and thank the clam, mussel, lobster, rabbit, etc for its sacrifice. I see how vegetarians and vegans seem to live healthy and active lifestyles, and wonder if we are going to end up there as a species. I'm betting that if cavemen knew that growing beans was as healthy as red meat they would have been farmers instead of hunter gatherers. Until meat is banned, I'm going to enjoy the hunt at the local fish market and local farms and make sure that my food did not die in vain. I look forward to your recipe.

Looks Delish! I love clams. And, yes. It's a process working through actually having killed the thing you're cooking to eat. But, now you know you could survive in the "wild" if you had to. hehehe. Good blog Jeff.
