Chicken Chilaquiles
I made my own red salsa in place of a green salsa (since I didn't have it on hand) - about 3/4 of an 8 oz can of tomato sauce. A small bunch of cilantro, half a large tomato, half a medium onion, half a medium jalapeƱo (seeded), a half tsp of minced garlic, about 1/4 to half cup of water and salt to taste. Still turned out awesome!
