Very good flavor, dunkability, texture to this striking biscotti. I substituted oatmeal flour for the wheat flour. (just whiz quick oats in blender until powdered). Used 1/3 cup molasses, and 2 eggs. Also substituted 1/4 cup brown sugar, and used 3/4 cup granulated white sugar. Manifique' !!!
