Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2007
I really loved this recipe for the taste and simplicity. I used a mexican style beer called Chill. I didn't have chili beans so I used black eyed peas. I didn't have diced tomatos so I used stewed. I used Taco Bell taco seasoning. It was so good. We crushed up some tortilla chip into it while eating. Thank you!

Zucchini Brownies

This is a great recipe. I always wonder who comes up with these recipes sometimes. Who would think that zucchini would be in brownies, and it would be this good. Very easy too. Thank You!

Mexican Rice III

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2007
I loved this rice. I didn't have any green pepper but it was still really a great recipe. I will be making this any time I make Mexican food. I will never get Mexican(or Spanish) rice out of a box again.

Lemon Pecan Pound Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2007
This was a big hit with my friends and family. I made small bundt cakes with the pecans baked into only the top. Drizzled with the lemon icing, it was really pretty and delicious. I also dusted the serving dish with powdered sugar.

I really loved this recipe. So much easier that the traditional way. I used chopped pecans so I could distribute them more through out the candy. Thank you!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2006
I made this for a party and everyone had me print out a copy of it before they left. I doubled the recipe for the party and only used one can of jalepenos. It was still pretty spicey. It was really an easy recipe too. Thanks

Slow Cooker Thanksgiving Turkey

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2006
This was the answer to my Thanksgiving prayers. My family only likes the breast of the turkey. I was afraid that just baking it in the oven would dry it out. This was a great alternative. It came out moist and tender, just delicious. Thanks

Yummy Cheese Ball

This sounded very similar to something my mother-in-law would make for the holidays. It was a big hit. I used whole unsalted almonds instead of the pecans though. Thanks

Coconut Brittle

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2006
Five stars for ease and taste! I have never made candy before and I am so glad this is the first thing that I tried. I used to big of a baking pan though and I had to scoop it together in the middle and flatten it out. By the way don't use anything plastic when preparing this recipe. I ruined a scraper when flattening the candy. I will make this again. Thanks
