Chocolate Mint Cookies I

These are delicious! I used the mint truffle hershey kisses and left them whole. I believe they are only available at Christmas time. I don't recommend refrigerating overnight though. It was VERY hard the next morning. Will definitely make again and follow the 1 hour chill time. Thank you!

Bran Flax Muffins

These are delicious and packed with goodness. My 6 & 8 year old girls devoured the first batch and asked for more. I substituted applesauce for the oil on the second batch and they came out just as moist.

Classic Bran Muffins

Made this recipe according to directions and added chopped walnuts. I also made mini muffins instead of full size for my little ones and reduced cooking time to 8 minutes. These are delicious! Hard to believe they are good for you.

Bran Muffins II

Oh my goodness! Who knew bran muffins could taste so GOOD and moist?! I was hesitant to make such a big batch but based on the other reviews I took the plunge. I'm now whipping up the second batch 2 days later! I made these so my girls would have fresh, healthy muffins for their first day of school and they inhaled them! I used raisin bran for the cereal and because the batter sits overnight, the raisins plumped up nicely. This morning I added some chocolate chips and walnuts and made a dozen more. Fabulous! Tomorrow I'll add shredded carrots & walnuts to the last of it. Thanks for the great recipe!

Blueberry Sauce

This turned out perfectly! I doubled the recipe and served it after a dinner party over basic cheesecake. It is the perfect consistency and DELICIOUS! I used frozen wild blueberries. YUM! I'm glad I doubled the recipe so we have some for pancakes! Thank you!

Easy Valentine Sandwich Cookies

I made a double batch for my daughter's first grade Valentine's day party. These cookies are delicious all by themselves. I used store bought frosting and tinted it pink as someone else suggested. The frosting is just a bonus to a REALLY good cookie. I did have to refrigerate the dough to work with it though.

Slow Cooker Enchiladas

This was very tasty! I altered the recipe a bit though... In slow cooker I used 4 frozen chicken breasts with the soups and taco seasoning. Cooked all day and then shredded the chicken and added kidney beans to make the enchilada filling. This is the perfect consistency and very good! Then I made enchiladas with the filling and cheese. This recipe is a keeper!!

Coconut Pecan Frosting I

This was amazingly easy (quicker than running to the store for a can which was my other option!) and it is DELICIOUS!! I cooked it over medium heat a *little* longer than seeing bubbles and I noticed the consistency changing (probably cooking the egg yolks too much)so I took it off heat and added last ingredients. It was the perfect consistency. Thank you!

Simple BBQ Ribs

OH MY GOSH! This is fabulous. I followed the recipe *except* I baked it at 250 for about 4 hours. First time in my life I've had rib meat falling off the bones. And DELICIOUS! Thank you!!

Cream Cheese Tart Shells

I made these shells in a mini-muffin tin with the Mini Caramel Cookie Tarts filling (also found in AllRecipes.com) and they were DEVOURED! The shells are incredibly flaky, tasty and how much easier could they be?? I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Cantonese Dinner

This is a good recipe! 3 out of 4 of us really liked it. My 5yr old wasn't as thrilled but she still ate it. My 3yr old and husband devoured it! I did make a couple changes. Omitted the mushrooms and added a can of diced tomatoes and most of a can of chunk pineapple. Also added a little cornstarch and water at the end to thicken up the sauce. It was perfect! Will definitely make again.

Mozzarella Parmesan Chicken

I made this with chicken tenderloins directly from the freezer. I just layed them out to fill the bottom of the pan and followed the recipe from there. Served with steamed broccoli and mashed spuds. The husband and kids loved it and ate every bite. Very easy to make and I will probably do it again. Thank you!

Building Gingerbread

This is a great recipe that doesn't puff too much for houses. As other reviewers have noted, it is a bit crumbly so I sprinkled warm water on the dough, mixed it in by hand when necessary and it was perfectly workable. Thanks for the great recipe!
