Chicken Suiza Cornbread Bake
A REAL SUCCESS! I used butter for the margarine and omitted the onion/garlic and, of course, used 1 real egg. For the filling, I used a can of Cream of Chicken soup, a can of drained Rotel and 1" cubed chicken; no other seasonings needed. Just great. Thanks for the idea. This will make a wonderful potluck dish.
