Steff's Shepherd Pie
I chose to make this recipe for Shepard Pie because there was not much time needed for preparation. It was OKAY. If you have a little extra time to spare try the recipe for Sheperd's Pie VI listed in ==on this site. It is much better. Even my husband noticed a big difference in the flavor and knew I hadn't made the same one. He practically ate the whole thing.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole
I made this for Thanksgiving dinner and everyone loved it ! I followed the recipe given with the exception of microwave baking the fresh sweet potatoes to cut down on time and "gutting" them afterwards for the mash. It didn't hurt a bit. Even the ones who were not big fans of sweet potato casseroles commented on how good it was. It WAS yummy ! This is a keeper !

Pineapple Pecan Pie
I made this for Thanksgiving dinner. My mother in law referred to it as a "custard' like flavor with pineapple and pecan pie on top. Don't waste your pecans on this one and just make a regular pecan pie instead.
