Moist Chocolate Muffins
I followed the recipe using plain Greek yogurt. I also added a teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of coffee powder. The muffins were very dry and did not have a real chocolatey flavor. I feel I spent a lot of money on ingredients and could have done better with a $2.00 box mix.

Salmon with Lemon and Dill
This recipe was excellent! I have never really enjoyed salmon, but perhaps it was because I didn't know how to cook it. I used a parchment baking bag, so I did not melt the butter; instead, I sprayed the bag with a little butter, spread a small amount of light butter on the salmon, topped with the garlic powder, salt, pepper, dill, then lemon slices. I baked it at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. I loved it! Can't believe I wasted all these years not enjoying salmon.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake V
The first time I made this cake I followed the recipe exactly; it was delicious, but stuck to the pan and fell apart. I suspected it was due to the melted butter used to coat the pans. So the second time, I used shortening to coat the sides, then used the melted butter on the bottom and some on the sides as directed. I also added some extra crushed pineapple to both layers. This time the cake did not break apart, but most of the coconut stuck to the bottom of the pans. Because the coconut is so delicious and adds to the flavor I scrapped it off and spread it around on the top. If anyone has made this cake and found a way to keep the coconut from sticking I would love to read your review. This cake recipe is a keeper.
