Cucumber Sunomono

Loved it and very simple to make. I cut way back on the salt, using perhaps a 1/4 - 1/3 tsp and it was fine. I also added approx. 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes which gave a nice kick.

Best Football Dip Ever

This was a good dip, but used the tried and true velveta cheese loaf. Overall, too salty and not enough substance to balance out. I've since gone back to a similar recipe I've always made that is thin cream cheese on bottom, then refried beans, black beans, thick layer of burger (taco seasoned with chopped grilled onions), shredded light Mex mix cheese, topped with can of grilled diced tomatoes with green chilis. I also sprinkly on finely diced jalepeno on top to finish off. Good stuff and a party favorite.

Venison Stroganoff

I'm an avid hunter and have been making a version of this recipe for years. I like to lightly dust venison backstraps medallions (1/4" thick) in flour, then follow the recipe as is. I also do add a touch of dry sherry during the browning process to really give it a kick. Delicious and heathly meal. Enjoy!
