Blackberry Cobbler

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2010
Absolutely LOVED! I halved the recipe and it was so yummy! It was gone in one night! I used the baking powder and salt since I didn't have self-rising flour and it worked great. I can't wait to try it with a variety of other fruits!!

Double Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten-free)

This is great for people with multiple allergies. My friends like them when I skip the chocolate & almonds and make them like Thumbprint cookies with strawberry preserves!!

Made this with tater-tots, which worked like tiny crispy sponges to soak up all of these great flavors!

Campbell's® Easy Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2011
Mine turned out more like a casserole, but for the best! I only had my large bread pan available (the other at my mom's house), so I packed the enchiladas in with a little of the sauce between each layer, turned out GREAT! Just cut into slices and serve. Even my husband who doesn't like sour cream said he'd eat it again!

McCormick® Gingerbread Men Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2011
The dough will be very sticky to work with so it is important that you coat your hands and bowl with flour and then form the dough into smaller clumps (no bigger than the palm of your hand). Also, you'll need to work fast - roll, cut, place extra back in fridge. If you're going to try to make the batch all at once, put the warmer dough balls in the freezer so they get colder faster as you work. Otherwise, these cookies are great and get better with age!! The family loved them!!

Banana Banana Bread

I only had 1 banana on hand, but this still came out wonderful! I added a little milk to the batter because it was so dry and it worked great! Will make this again for sure!

Wisconsin Bratwurst

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2012
Did mine crock-pot style: about 8 brats, 2 big cans of sauerkraut (drained), 1 onion chopped, 1 large bottle beer (we used Fat Tire) - Let it go for about 3-4 hours on High and then brown at the end (if desired for appearance) - made for a great sandwich!!

Honey Cupcakes with Strawberries

Reviewed: May 29, 2012
Yum! Made this cake for a recent party and everyone loved it! The cake is a little denser than most, but the honey flavor is light and not too sweet, which my husband loved! Also, made this with the "Real Strawberry Frosting" by Candice, which is also great! I used one deep 9 inch baking pan instead of cupcakes and it took about 30 minutes to bake. (Normally would probably have to use 2 standard 9 inch baking pans.)

Real Strawberry Frosting

Reviewed: May 29, 2012
Super easy and yummy too!! Instead of strawberries, I used blueberries (which we on sale at the time, lol) and this frosting turned out beautifully!! I have never made my own frosting before and this was not only easy, but got rave reviews from the rest of the family! I will definitely make this again!! (Put on top of "Honey Cupcakes with strawberries" recipe by MICHELLE0011 substituting this frosting for the one in their recipe.)

Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2012
When I told my husband I was making oatmeal cookies, he turned up his nose and said "I guess." When my husband ate THESE oatmeal cookies, he couldn't get enough!! - To make these cookies faster I use a cookie sheet and my muffin tin. Surprisingly, the ones in the muffin tin got nice and thick and were even better tasting! Just a fun idea if you're in a rush

While there were several points at which I panicked because I thought I was doing something wrong, this frosting turned out great! So nice, smooth, and fluffy! I paired this with Caramel Apple Cupcakes and it was sooooo yummy! I will definitely make this again!

Caramel Apple Cupcakes

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2012
These turned out better than I thought they would! I couldn't find the exact ounces of cake mix, so I bought a slightly larger one and added oil, water, and egg amounts according to the package's directions. Based on several other people's suggestions, I also added some more apple and used Caramel Frosting IV. They looked, smelled, and tasted so good! I will make these again!

Beef Taco Skillet

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2013
I ended up doubling this recipe. I also used whole wheat tortillas, added Kidney beans, and served over white rice - very yummy! Everyone ate it up! I do think I will maybe add some taco seasoning next time to kick up the flavor, but overall, this was an easy & tasty meal!!
