Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2015
I really liked this with just a few minor modifications - I layered 1 onion, about 2.3lbs chicken tenders, 1 packet onion mushroom dry soup mix, potatoes, carrots, celery, and 2 cans cream-o-chicken mixed with about 1/4 cup heavy cream. Cooked about 5.30 hours and came out creamy! VERY GOOOOOOD!! I will be making these again!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2015
The cookies got nice and crispy and the icing was simply amazing, but they were a little hard to eat as sandwiches. Overall these were very tasty and I would make them again!

Super easy and super delicious! They are great warm right out of the oven or the next day after they've firmed up in the fridge overnight! I will be making this again!

Zucchini Patties

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2014
Actually pretty good! Used about 2 medium zucchinis and drained as much liquid as I could from them. I then added a fair amount of cheese (used an Italian cheese blend) and added flour until it didn't look too wet (a little more than a cup), also added about a 1/4 cup of diced green pepper along with the onion. Since there was no exact cook time given, I just cooked them until they weren't too soft. Everyone seemed to like them so I would make these again!

Simple and Delicious! Also works in cupcake form (without the papers of course).

Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: May 15, 2014
VERY GOOD! Everyone loved this hearty meal! I didn't have mushrooms so I used an onion, used a can of peas and carrots instead of mixed veggies, and instant Butter & Herb mashed potatoes to save me some time. I will certainly be making this again!

Baked Dijon Salmon

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2014
Pretty tasty and relatively easy to make. We used Panko breadcrumbs for a nice crunch. I would be curious to try this again with spicy brown mustard instead of the dijon. Update! Just made this with the spicy brown mustard and it was amazing! I will be doing this in the future!

Holiday Cranberry Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2013
I was honestly surprised by how easy and tasty this recipe was! Since it was just a few of us I reduced serving size to 4, which fit our needs. I also used 3 bags of mulling spices instead of the whole cloves, allspice and cinnamon sticks (since that was what I had on hand) and the flavor was still nice! I will definitely be making this again next year!!!

I made these according to the directions except for adding in some nutmeg and clove for extra seasoning. These were sooooo good, I didn't even need to add the icing! Everyone loved them and they were so easy to make!

Cheesy Ham and Asparagus Bake

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2013
I made this for a family dinner and everyone loved it! I used fresh Asparagus and Broccoli - boiled a short time until slightly tender. Then I sauteed mushrooms, onions, and red peppers in olive oil first before adding to mix. I didn't have tarragon on hand so I used Perfect Pinch Original herb mix. With the extra veggies I needed to cook mine about 30 minutes longer. I will certainly be making this again!
