Unstuffed Cabbage Roll

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2014
I add 3/4 cup of brown rice and 1 cup of water, some Italian spices and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. it also works well with vegetarian ground round, remember to add that after the tomatoes and water so it does not burn.
