Heather's Grilled Salmon

I reduced the recipe by half b-cuz I only had 3/4 lb of salmon. I added 1T of asian vinegar to the marinade and marinated for 4 hours(needed to leave the house and that's when I returned)/ Also, I decided not to use the grill and baked in a preheated 425 degree oven for 8 min. Let sit a few while I put the other food on plates. I make salmon all the time but this easy recipe was the best. Definetely the best marinade ever!!

Pork Tenderloin with Apples

I used cut-up chicken which I sauteed,and put in my crock pot. Then , I sauteed mushrooms in the pan that the chicken was in and added that to my crock pot. Also I cooked chopped rutabaga and added that to the crock pot. I substituted coconut sugar for the packed brown. After cooking the wine and other ingredients in the pan that the chicken was in, I added 3 sliced gala apples and stirred it well before adding everything in the pan to the crockpot. I cooked it for about 5 hrs. I made this for about 10 people. Must have been good, nothing was left!

Creamed Broccoli Soup

It was very good but I also made some additions. My husband is not a creamed soup fan but I needed to use up a bunch of broccoli .This is what I did. Instead of H2O and bouillonI used chic broth then,reduced the milk by half. I used 1/4 cup heavy cream. 3/4 cup of 2% evaporated milk to total a cup . Then, I added 1/2 of a 14.5oz can of tomatoes w/green chili's as well as 1/4 t of lemon-pepper instead of the black pepper. Cooked as stated. I really did not need the flour and water as the soup was very thick after pureeing some. I used it though since I had already mixed it up. All of it was not pureed as we like some chunky in our soup. It was a bit picante' but that is how we like it. - Lynnita

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

It helps to cover for 50 mins, then remove foil to brown a bit. I used recipe for chicken breast w/herb basting sauce for the chicken( I used 1 1/2 lb boneless breasts. I did not use all the marinade on the chicken. I saved 3T and mixed w/ricotta in the lasagne recipe. Good is beyond words for this. Remember to let the dish sit 10-15 min after you remove from the oven. Like the others, I used 1 box chopped (very well drained spinach)

Easy Baked Tilapia

i did not use butter, i just sprayed a glass pan with pam. I also added thyme before putting on the lemons. This was sooooo good and soooooo easy. Also, I cooked my for 25 min and it was perfect.
