Very good! I didn't have dry milk powder so I substituted non-flavored coffee creamer. It was great and fairly easy!

Red Wine Flavored Beef

Fantastic! Will be making this regularly! I substituted dried minced onion, salt and pepper for the soup mix. Super easy to make and tasted the best of any roast I've made! Would be good in sandwiches too!

Very good! I made this as a dessert after a brunch with friends! Will make again. If you don't like almond extract, substitute vanilla extract.

Crab Rangoon I

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2011
Not what I expected. The flavor was weird. For the amount of prep work these took I was very disappointed.

Baked Kale Chips

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
Very simple and good! I used a combination of seasoned salt and garlic salt and sprayed the pan with olive oil, sprinkled it with salts, placed the kale on the pan then sprayed the kale with olive oil and sprinkled with the salts. My husband thought they had a weird after taste, I liked them! Great simple snack.

Pinwheel Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
Very good! I used two small cans of mushrooms and dried minced onion. I also made this the night before and just put it in the baking dish and covered it with foil in the fridge overnight and just popped it in the oven and baked about 10 - 15 minutes extra.

Reuben Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
Very good, to solve the cool and hardening problem that people commented on, I combined everything in a crock pot the day before serving and just kept it warm for the day of serving... worked great! I also added 5 sliced green onions and served this dip with rye chips and rye Triscuit crackers. Big hit for my game day party.
