Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II
Great! I didn't have a crockpot handy, so I sliced the boneless breasts lengthwise into 1/2" pieces so they would cook up faster and be more tender then a whole breast can be when just cooked on the stove top. Definitely follow the advice about increasing the liquids. What did everyone serve this with? Sauteed spinach would be good...
