I love this recipe, but I roasted my eggplant the way my Greek mother-in-law showed me...I place the whole eggplant, skin and all on the stove burner and charred each side over medium-high heat until it is soft and black all over. Then, i wrap it tightly in foil and placed in on the burner at low heat for about 30 min, turning once. By this time it should be very soft. Let it sit until it cools enough to handle and unwrap the foil over a bowl to collect all of the juices that leak (the juices add so much flavor) and carefully remove the blackened outer skin and discard that. Then you are left with a perfectly smoky eggplant pulp to add to the other ingredients. I keep the seeds in it and don't have any complaints of bitterness.

This is even better if you cut the banana in chunks and freeze it before using. Also even better to use 1 cup milk and put in in the freezer for about 45 min or intil it is slushy before making the smoothie.

These were good but would be better w/ marinara sauce in them. Next time I would not mix the ricotta w/ the other cheeses, rather spread it beside the filling.

I didn't care for this recipe...pretty bland.

Delicious AND nutritious! I used instant potatoes on top to cut down prep time and it turned out fabulous!

This was good. Slicing the cucumbers paper-thin is the authentic and best-tasting way to go!

This is really excellent! I made it lowfat by using Egg Beaters in place of the eggs, lowfat cream cheese and 1/2 the butter. It turned out fabulous and the fat and calories were SIGNIFICANTLY reduced! Then I served it with whipped honey butter. Yummy!!

I didn't care for these. I think they would be much better without the cinnamon. They would also be good with the cinnamon but without the chocolate chips. It's the combination of the two together that I didn't like.

I make this recipe for may family at least once a month. For my husband and I, I divide the batter into two round cake pans and bake up 2 individual Germans. We also use much more lemon and powdered sugar, and less butter than called for.

This was good...I added a can of drained sweet corn which I highly recommend. Cilantro would also be a nice addition to this dish if you're a fan!!

This was absolutely FABULOUS! I oiled a bunt pan then dusted it with granulated sugar before pouring the batter in, it made a nice sweet crust-yummy! This recipe is a keeper!

MMMMMMM...this is a delicious dish! Very high in protein and fiber too!

This was fantastic! I used a rotisserie chicken in place of the raw...sooo good!!

This is a great sandwich, however, I prefer it on a toasted bagel using light cream cheese! The hot, toasted bagel is an awesome contrast to the cold produce inside. I also slice the avacado on it instead of mashing it and put cream cheese on both sides of the bagel. Yummy!!

This recipe was just, ok. It sounded much better than it actually was...I usually love desserts w/ pistatchio pudding mix.

This was more like goulash than a stew, but we did like it. I used one pound of beef instead of two, two peppers instead of one and added some onion. I will definitly decrease the amount black pepper next time, as it turned out too spicy for our taste.

This was fabulous! I think it would be really good with fresh parmesan in place of the asiago cheese as well.

This was good, although a bit too salty for my taste. I think that the recipe calls for too much bacon. Also, I would suggest making sure that the croutons used are not seasoned very much, as they can make the salad overly salty like turned out.

Really great recipe! I added 1/4 tsp. cinnamon for added flavor and it turned out perfect!
