Blueberry Crumb Bars

Delicious! I made this recipe with fresh raspberries and blueberries. I followed other reviewers' recommendations and used 1/2 c white sugar and 1/2 c brown sugar for the crust/topping, and added cinnamon and nutmeg. I also added a little bit of water and lemon juice to the bottom crust part (to make it less crumbly); and I added an extra cup of berries and at least a tsp of lemon juice to the berries, and didn't use all of the dough that was left for the topping (I wanted more fruit and less crust on top). They are really yummy. I think that next time I'll try an oatmeal streusel topping -- I think oats would taste great in this recipe:)

Buttermilk Cinnamon Rolls

AMAZING! I took the advice of some of the other reviewers and added 1/4 c sugar and 1 t cinnamon to the dough. I also covered mine in a caramel glaze when they were done -- deeeeeelicious! This will definitely be my cinnamon roll recipe from now on!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake Cookies

I used 60% cacao chocolate chips and o.m.g. These are incredibly rich, chocolatey, soft cookies -- delicious!!! Will absolutely make again.

Chocolate Sauce

This chocolate sauce is really good! I eat ice cream almost every night, and put this stuff on it every time. I am not kidding, this chocolate sauce is delicious!

Sour Cream Lemon Pie

i think this pie always turns out well and tastes good; but i think it takes FOREVER to make. It is the best pie ever. I know some people don't like this pie, but I love it. It is easy to make, and I love it. Mom knows how to make it because she made it 3 times. This is my favorire pie in the whole world, and I like it the best!

Banana Cream Pie I

Tiramisu II

DELICIOUS! I didn't have rum so I used amaretto, and doubled the coffee/alcohol mixture. I also used the crispy ladyfingers. This was absolutely amazing. Everyone that ate it came back for more, and said that it was the best tiramisu they'd ever had! Great recipe!
