Excellent! However, I did not have ginger,so I had to sub something. I fine sliced some celery,and garlic. Super fine. Not much- 2small cloves and 1 med piece of celery,(cut lengthwise to 4 sections then cut diag into little pieces) Add it to the boiling broth. I also subbed with mushroom soy sauce. To taste. I also added the cornstarch mix before the egg mix, as another person suggested. Within a minute of adding the egg, I had a soup that was soo good. I have never had good results with egg drop soup until today. I am rating this soup as I'm eating it! This one is a keeper. Thanks, Joe
