Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2014
I baked this in large muffin cups and put the nuts on top instead of mixing them in. Moist and delicious!!!

Blueberry-Orange Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2011
Substituted orange essence for the orange zest, and 1/2 cup of sour cream + 1/2 cup oil (rather than 1 cup oil)--moist and delicious! I also added some flax seeds to the topping.

Orange Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2011
Fabulous! My friends loved it, and it was so moist. I did modify the recipe, though: I didn't have orange juice prepared, so I substituted 1/4 cup orange juice frozen concentrate + 1/2 cup milk in the cake. I only added 1/4 cup of oil and put in 1/4 cup of nonfat plain yogurt (I like to avoid adding so much oil). I also substituted orange extract for the lemon extract.

One Minute Chocolate Icing

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2011
Absolutely delicious and very glossy. My only complaint is that it was a little thin, even when completely cooled, so that you could see the imperfections on my bundt cake. I would find a way to thicken it up next time (maybe by reading through the reviews here?).

Fantastic recipe!!! Moist with just the right amount of spices. I used milk instead of water and fresh pumpkin.

I did this overnight to my turkey, which I then cooked in my big slow cooker. I also added some peppercorns, and more spices to the slow cooker. Moist and delicious!!!

Simple Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2010
Delicious, and I love using ground turkey breast instead of ground beef. I used a clove of elephant garlic, and it worked great without making it too garlicky. I also added an extra can of beans. I would not add so much water, next time since quite a bit of liquid can come out of the can of tomatoes, the turkey and the onion during cooking (maybe more like half a cup of water if any).

Milk Tart

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2010
Absolutely delicious, and the crust is amazing. Do grease the pans before pressing the crust into them, though! It will stick quite badly if you don't.

Butternut Squash Soup II

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2010
Delicious! I followed a few of the suggestions, omitting the celery, adding 1 potato, and adding some garlic. It blended up really smoothly. Will be making this again.
