Warm Dijon Potato Salad

Delicious! Used Duke's mayonaise, which has a really great flavor. Crumbled in a half a slice of bacon to round out the flavors, as well.

Did as another reviewer suggested: added a tsp. of garlic powder and some chopped green onions. Really delicious. Also, if you can get it, try using Duke's mayo. It adds a unique and great flavor to anything with mayo in it.

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2011
Delicious and authentic! I had an issue getting the sauce to thicken--I think I left it standing for a bit too long after boiling and mixed the corn starch mixture in too fast. However, with a little more heat, it thickened up nicely. (I'd recommend heat before adding more cornstarch, if it hasn't thickened--ours turned to jello in the fridge.)

Burrito Pie

Delicious. Doubling up on the tortillas worked out well for us. Also, it filled 3 9" foil pie pans! Makes a ton! We froze two for later!
