I like brownies soft and gooey, so I put them in for 25 minutes. I took the advice of other reviewers and only used 1 cup of flour. My mum complained that they were a bit too soft, but she liked the taste. I have to admit making them so soft they were harder to cut, but sooo good. I was worried they'd be too dry, but they were very moist. My older brother keeps trying to steal the remaining ones that I'm giving to my friends! He absolutely LOVED them. I used less sugar than it says, but they were extremely sweet anyway and I added frosting. This recipe is VERY hard to mess up, and those were some of the best brownies I've had! I think while still warm they'd be great in ice cream, too.
