This was awful!!! I should have been suspicious of the cup of orange juice. After an hour, it had burned on top, and the middle was nowhere near done! What did cook through tasted so bad, I threw the whole thing out.

This dish make A LOT of food! Great if you want leftovers. As suggested, I used ricotta instead of the sour cream, and it was delicious.

Gingerbread Cookies I

These really do taste like the cookies from Colonial Williamsburg, but I could NOT roll them out no matter what I tried (more flour, wax paper, cooking spray). So, I rolled them into balls, and they baked into perfect circles. Good for taste, terrible for making cut-outs.
