Baked Buffalo Wings
This recipe was great. I altered it by - using chilli powder instead of cayenne, dried wings thoroughly using paper towels, baked on a rack as most people advised, did not turn, baked for 35 minutes, removed to immerse each wing entirely in the sauce then returned to oven for another 15 minutes.
I make a VERY hot wing sauce of 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup sriracha, 1/4 cup habanero pepper sauce, a mild hot wing sauce using 1/2 cup butter & 1/2 cup sriracha and a sweet sauce using 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup honey.
Thank you to the original poster, and the AR community for giving such great feedback. These delicious wings really made our Super Bowl party and my older relatives were amazed, asking "how after 40 years of cooking can such a young man make such delicious wings for us?!!?"
